I bet everybody there was quite surprised!
June 28th was the date of the Korea-China Friendship Concert, in which many artists like Super Junior, SNSD, 2PM, SISTAR, EXO, Teen Top, and MBLAQ performed. Despite the appearances of these well-known idols, one person managed to be the star of the show!
South Korea’s president, Park Geun Hye, attended this concert in order to show her support of the friendship between the two countries. In addition to watching the performances, Park Geun Hye managed to go backstage and visit the artists in their waiting rooms. She greeted everyone and commended their efforts on taking part in the Hallyu wave.
It was a pleasant surpise to the artists, who managed to take pictures with the president! Check out the gallery below:
